I was very sad to hear of Mark’s unexpected passing. I enjoyed working with Mark over many years and always appreciated his wit and humor especially during long days in mediation.  We went to many Kings games together and always had a great time.  He was devoted to his wife, Marilyn and cared deeply for his family, particularly for his three grandchildren who lived with him.

My thoughts go to you and your family at this difficult time.  I would see Mark every couple of months for an early Saturday morning breakfast in Rocklin.  It was always a great way to start the weekend.  He will be missed.

I am so sorry for your loss. I just saw him a few weeks ago and this news was a complete shock.  

Mark was a great friend and colleague for over a decade.  He will be sorely missed by his many friends and colleagues.  I will especially miss our regular Saturday morning Breakfasts and his never failing good humor.  He always managed to cheer me up no matter how grumpy I was.
