Some would say Roger lived many lives during his lifetime. Roger excelled at many professions and hobbies. From his experience building houses, working on vehicles, and the Tower industry, he could fix virtually anything. He was always tinkering with something and “about to finish it”. Roger was able and willing to build or fix anything for anyone; usually with a big smile. He made lots of friends throughout his life and had such a kind soul. His love will be carried on by his daughters who showed him what unconditional love was. Roger loved making others laugh, and was always “on his way,” but fashionably late. He is deeply loved and will be missed by many.
A Celebration of Life will take place at Reichert’s Funeral & Cremation Services, located at 7320 Auburn Blvd, Citrus Heights, CA, 95610, on January 31, 2026, at noon.
The family invites you to join us in a continued celebration of his life at his sister’s house in Newcastle. Please bring a favorite dish or dessert and a favorite story to share.
