Danny Cain, 70, originally from Loraine, Texas and currently residing in Fairview Texas passed away peacefully surrounded in love by his family on Tuesday, March 15, 2016. Danny was born and raised in Loraine, Texas. After graduating from Loraine High School in 1964 he proudly served as a United States Marine as Company Scout in Vietnam from 1965-1967. After Vietnam he returned home and married. He was a proud father of three children. He worked for over 20 years in the oil field industry. On August 13, 1986 he married his High School sweetheart, the love of his life, Charla Lynn Hamilton. Charla was a widow with four young daughters that he loved and raised as his own. In 1986 Danny went back to school and earned a degree in Computer Science Technology. In 1991 Danny and Charla moved to Dallas/Fort Worth area where he worked at Texas Instruments and eventually retired from Aeroflex Technologies in 2001. They spent over a decade in the Anna-Westminster area where Danny and his son Pete served as Volunteer Firemen for Westminster Fire Department for over 10 years. In 2008, Danny and Charla moved to Heritage Ranch Country Club in Fairview, Texas. Danny was very social and had many friends. He loved to spend time with his family, riding his Harley Davidson and playing hours and hours of pool at the Clubhouse. Danny was loved and respected by so many who loved his contagious laughter, sense of humor and kind hearted smile. Danny is survived by his wife of 30 years, Charla Lynn Hamilton Cain. He is also survived by his son Peter Wade Cain and wife Denise of Anna, Texas, a daughter Tessa Larene Seals of Iowa Park, Texas, a son Derrick Wade Cain and wife Shari of Burkburnett, Texas, a daughter Crystal Elizabeth Hewitt and husband John from Texcoco, Mexico, a daughter Cara Lane Wallace from Allen, Texas, a daughter Coral Rebecca Cain Cooney and husband D.J. from Choctaw, Oklahoma, a daughter Charity LaWanda Cain and husband Ian Romo from Creede, CO. He was also survived by 12 grandchildren whom he loved very much, two sisters Kathalene Cain Pugh and Virginia Cain Thigpen, and several nieces and nephews. Danny was preceded in death by his parents, W.D. ‘Boad’ Cain and Dorothy Hazlewood Cain, and his first great granddaughter, Greyson Aubrey Cain. A funeral service will be held graveside in Loraine, Texas on Saturday, March 19, 2016 at 11:00 am. The visitation will be held on Friday, March 18, 2016 from 6 -8 pm at Kiker-Seale Funeral Home. Arrangements are entrusted to the Kiker-Seale Funeral Home.
