Jacqueline Dolores Holman

Born January 13, 1936 in Loraine, she was the daughter and only child of Alton B. and Dorothy Hock Richey. Jackie graduated from Loraine High School in 1954. She married Bobby Gene Holman of Colorado City in 1957. They met while she worked at City National Bank. Jackie and Bob left Dallas, Texas in the early 70s and moved to Connecticut. After raising two sons, they retired to Conover. Jackie was a loving wife, mother and grandmother whose greatest joy in this life was her sons, daughters-in-law and grandchildren. She was an avid bridge player.

She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Bob Holman of Conover, sons and daughters-in-law, Robert Holman and wife Lisa of East Hartford CT; Scott Holman and wife Laurie of Silver Spring MD; sister-in-law Donna Holman and Mary Rostrom of Austin TX and sister-in-law Nell Holman of Colorado City; and grandchildren Garrett, Joshua, Kate, Mark and Steven.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM Monday, March 4, 2013, in the Kiker-Seale Chapel with Rev. Dale Hartley officiating. Burial will follow under the care and direction of Kiker-Seale Funeral Home, Colorado City TX.

The family will receive friends 3-5 PM Sunday, March 3, 2013 at the funeral home.
