Barbara "Bobbie" Christmus Moseley

Funeral services will be held 3:00 p.m. Wednesday July 20, 2022 at Greenlawn Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

Born in Columbia, SC, Bobbie was the daughter of the late Francis L. and Laura White Christmus. She was married for 56 years to her high school sweetheart, Richard “Dick” David Moseley, Sr., until his passing on April 18, 2020. Together, they built a foundation of love and the importance of family and tradition. Bobbie was a devoted wife, mother, sister, and grandmother all of her life. Her greatest joy and pride came from being the amazing mother she was and being "Grandmama" to her six grandchildren. Bobbie was also a talented artist and she enjoyed painting things that were delightful to her including birds, beaches, flowers, and other scenes in nature.

Bobbie is survived by her wonderful children, Richard "Dickie" David Moseley, Jr. (Michele) of Columbia, Carol Moseley Bowling (Doug) of Lugoff, and Christopher "Chris" Lee Moseley (Amy) of Columbia. She is also survived by her precious grandchildren, Kristin Moseley, Richard Moseley III, Leanna Bowling, Jay Bowling, Jack Moseley, and Abby Moseley, and by her two siblings, Tom Christmus (Jean) and Laurie Christmus Starling (Tony).
