Born in Trenton, New Jersey, he was a son of the late John Joseph Schreiber and Lucy Agnes Schreiber. A graduate of Trenton State University, he was a retired shipping supervisor for Congoleum. Jack enjoyed traveling and going to Folk Music Festivals. He donated to Sierra Club and Nature Conservatory which was important to him.
Surviving are his wife, Elizabeth B. Schreiber; brothers-in-law, David Picciolo and wife Lucy and their daughter Cathy, James Harrison and husband Robby, William Harrison and wife Melanie; and cousins, Mike and Denise Schreiber.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, James Schreiber.
