Graveside services featuring military honors will be held 12:00 pm on Friday, February 3, 2023 at Fort Jackson National Cemetery.
John was born October 29, 1951 in Washington, D.C., the son of Chester A. Kacperowski and Martha N. Kacperowski. He resided in New Jersey for most of his life when not in military service and retired to South Carolina. John was a loving son, husband, father and grandfather who loved collecting comic books of superheroes and enjoyed watching classical movies.
In addition to his parents he is predeceased by his wife of 41 years, Louanne (Michaud). Those left to cherish his memory include; two sons, Daniel T. Kacperowski, Christopher J. Kacperowski a grandson, Jordyn Kacperowski; a sister; Diane Faruolo and brother-in-law, Thomas Faruolo ,two nieces Erika Faruolo, Robyn Trainer ( Brian Trainer) two grand nephews; Michael Pierce , Owen Trainer and a grand niece, Evelyn Trainer.
