Brian, Bette-Ann and Bonnie:  So sorry to learn of the passing of your mother.  My prayers are with you, wishing you comfort during this difficult time.  It was many years ago that I delivered the Concord Monitor to your family's home on the Heights, and it was always a pleasure to see your family.  You guys were always kind, pleasant, and had smiles on your faces.  Brian, I went to school with you and wonder if you remember me.  I recall the times I'd come to your house and watch Star Trek and eat yogurt.  I will remember your mother as a very dear & charming lady.

I have know Barbara through Immanuel Church. Worked so many suppers, church fairs and so much fun. She was always smiling and always a kind word to everyone. So many memories and will miss her.

To the Pierce family: I have known Barbara for many years. Barbara was my Sunday school teacher at Immanuel Community Church. We served and had fun on Diaconate together, worked on church suppers, visited shut-ins, worked on the Cookie Walk and Holiday Fair via the Ladies Guild, ,participated in  Bible Studies, Prayer groups , and sang in the choir. She even attempted to teach me how to knit mittons. Barbara and I would go out for lunch or supper at a local restaurant and periodically would skip over mid-day to Friendlys for ice cream. Barbara was a very sincere, insightful, and serene person and truly cared about her family , friends, church and her dog Patty. I feel blessed to have met Barbara so many years ago and to have her touch my life for so many years. I miss Barbara. Prayers go out to all of you.
