

Born in Manchester, NH he was the son of the late Frederick and Mary (Theodorou) Wolf. Fred was raised and educated in Manchester and Bedford, NH graduating from West High in 1958.
Fred studied music at the University of NH an played in the 39th Retired Army Band after spending 20 years in the NH National Guard. For many years, Fred operated his own building maintenance business and retired following 20 years of state service with thoroughly enjoyed, preparing gourmet meals for relative and friends. His love of animals continued from childhood when his dad raised hunting dogs.
Fred was predeceased by his beloved wife Gail Wolf. Survivors include two daughters, Lynn Wolf of Waltham, MA and Wendy Farley and her husband James of Bedford, NH. Fred is also survived by his longtime companion, Shirley Silver and her three children, Lyn Monticone and her husband Steve of Concord, NH, William Silver of New York, NY and Scott Silver and his wife Leah of Topsfield, MA. There are also four grandchildren.
A time of gathering will be held Tuesday, June 29, 2010 from 5PM to 6PM at the Bennett Funeral Home, 3 Church Street Chapel (Brick Building) in Concord. A celebration of his life will follow at 6PM.
Burial will be held at a later date at St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Bedford, NH.
