

Irving grew up in Pembroke, NH. He graduated from Pembroke Academy in 1952. After high school he went to work at Capital Offset Printing Company. At that time he also enlisted in the US Naval Reserves and became a naval nurse. He then became part owner of the Village Press in Concord. At the end of his printing career, he retired from Naimen Press in Lawrence, MA. He was President of Graphic Arts Associates for several years.
Irving loved his family, ran many miles daily and exercised daily at a local gym. Running up to the top of Mount Washington was a wonderful accomplishment for him. He also enjoyed fishing trips to Pittsburgh, NH. He was an accomplished gardener and generally an overall outdoorsman.
Irving was predeceased by his wife Mary Jane Robinson (Richards), his daughter Jody Jane Robinson and his two brothers William and Dale Robinson.
He is survived by his sons Jeffrey Robinson, Concord and Michael Robinson, Concord and his sister Norma Daviault of Allenstown, NH. He is also survived by his grandchildren: Keith Robinson, Nicole Robinson, Wyatt Robinson and Mia Rose Robinson, Nora Hollingworth and one great grandchild Aislynn Blais.
Calling hours for Irving will be held on Friday, August 23, 2024 from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. at the Bennett Funeral Home, 209 North Main Street, Concord, NH 03301. A graveside service will follow at Blossom Hill Cemetery in Concord, NH.
