Heaven holds a very special place for you Uncle Bob...Will miss your smile...My prayers and thoughts are with you all at this time

A wonderful man who I enjoyed meeting and talking to.  Our thoughts and prayers are with all of his family.   

I always looked forward to Bob's visits to Jane's home in California. When I would say "Its good to see you, Bob!", his response was "Its good to be seen." I'll miss his awesome sense of humor and his enjoyment watching Red Sox games. Jane and Mark - Our condolences to you both, and your immediate and extended family. We wish you joyful memories of Bob and Peace to him and Merilyn on their next adventure.

When it all boils down to it, here are the question/s in life that we must ask ourselves:  “Have I lived life to its fullest?” Have I had the opportunity to love and be loved?” “Have I been able to make a positive impact on others?” If one can answer YES to all three of the above, then one’s time on Earth has been a GRAND one, and, now, it is time for Heaven to gain an angel. 
Lynnie, Bob, Gail and Janie... your Dad surpassed these three life goals! We are all indeed so much richer having had him intertwine with/touch our lives.  In the days ahead, I pray you find the strength to embrace all  that he lived for,  chuckle (with, yes, a tear) at a funny memory, and kiss the sky as you feel his spirit within and around each and every one of you. I promise... speaking from experience, Heaven does indeed share their “splendid angels” ..... and, at the most unexpected moments!  Your Dad will be shared more than you can possibly  imagine! 😘

Lynn, Gail, Jane and Bob, so truly sorry to hear about your dear Dad.  I have so many fond memories of him and your Mom at 5 Tamarack Lane in Needham.  Sending prayers to all of you as you manage the days ahead.  He lived a wonderful life Lynnie, made richer by all of you and your children.  Heaven is a better place today, rest in paradise Bob, you were loved.
