

Robert H. Tetreault, 81, a former resident of Concord, NH, died Monday, March 1, 2010. God has received his faithful servant Bob into the realm of glory to worship his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He passed peacefully after a brief illness surrounded by his children and his good friend and pastor.
Robert was born in his childhood home in Pawtucket R.I on November 11,1928 to Henry E. Tetreault and Carrie (Glidden) Tetreault. Robert served his country faithfully for more than 40 years. He served in the Navy during the Korean War. He then he worked as a federal employee for the department of the Navy at Quonset Point Naval Air Station. Finally he was employed by the US Army Corps of Engineers until his retirement in 1993. Robert retired to New Hampshire and lived there until his death.
Bob loved to camp and be outdoors, he loved to sit on his porch in the summer time. He spent most of his time with his family especially his grand children. His church family was also very important to him. He often spoke fondly of the Loudon Ridge Bible Church. He served as an elder at the church and especially enjoyed spending time with Pastor Steve Ludwig and the church men's group.
He was predeceased by his second wife Joyce (Dodge) Tetreault, two brothers Henry and Fredrick and sisters Ruth, Cora, Lois, Alice and Charlotte.
He is survived by his siblings Wilfred Tetreault of FL, Richard Tetreault of FL and Marion (Tetreault) Humphrey of RI., his children Kathryn (Tetreault) White and her husband Chester White of Rumney NH; Robert W. Tetreault and his wife Shirley of Boscawen NH; Mark W Tetreault and his wife Cynthia of Epsom, NH; and John H Tetreault of Cranston RI. Bob was a proud Grandfather to Carrie (Tetreault)Alford; Lindsey Tetreault; Holly, Benjamin and Matthew Tetreault; and great grandson Maximillion Alford.
Calling Hours will be held from 2pm to 4pm and from 6pm to 8pm on Friday, March 5,2010 at Bennett Funeral Home, 209 North Main Street, Concord, NH. Funeral services will be at 11:00am on Saturday March 6,2010 at the Loudon Ridge Bible Church,676 Loudon Ridge Road, Loudon, NH. Interment will be privately held at the New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery in Boscawen NH.
