Ronald C. Smith

Ronald was born in Plymouth, NH and graduated from Plymouth High School. After high school he worked for Ferretti Brothers Supermarket and then for Silver Brothers Distributors in New Hampshire. After retiring in the late 80's, he moved to Englewood FL where he owned a private property management company on Manasota Key. After his second retirement in 2012 he moved to Dunnellon, FL.

Ronald liked yard work, working around the house, connecting with his neighbors and antique cars but more than anything he loved spending time with his dog Sophie who he adopted when he moved to Dunnellon.

Ronald was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Smith and Maud Stevens, his brother Wayne E Smith and his sister Ann Marie Hart. He is survived by his sister Judy A Lapointe, Cornwall ON, Canada, his brother Lawrence W Stevens, Jr. (Donna Stevens) of Raymond, NH and his sister Linda J Stevens (Jim Watson) of Desert Hot Springs, CA; and, of course, his beloved Sophie.

A visitation for Ronald was held at Fero Funeral Home, 5955 N Lecanto Hwy., Beverly Hills, FL on Saturday, April 15, 2023 from 1 to 4 PM. Visitation will also be held at Bennett Funeral Home in Concord, NH on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 from 1 to 4. Burial in NH will be held at a later date.
