Jimmie (Jackie) Wanda Kanipe

In addition to her parents, Jackie is preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Kanipe: her daughter and husband, Wanda and Larry Campbell; and her grandson Derek Campbell.

Those left to cherish her memory is her brother, James "Pud" Andrew Mosteller and wife Linda from Macon, Ga.; her daughter, Rachel Winebarger of Atlantic Beach, NC; son and wife, Andy and Julie Kanipe of Conover, NC; granddaughters, Cheryl Roberts and husband Todd of Bahama, NC, Terri Bunn and husband Travis of Charlotte, NC, Retha Godbey and husband Tom of Buford, GA; grandsons, Sonny Winebarger and wife Jessica of Jacksonville, FL, Eric Kanipe and wife Brigail of NC; great grandsons, Dustin Roberts and fiancée, Lisa Walter, Noah Winebarger; great granddaughters, Ashlyn Bunn, Annelisa Winebarger, Raeanne, Caroline, and Briar Kanipe, Kaylee Kanipe and fiancée Connor Hice, and nieces Meg and Susan.

Jackie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother to her family. She loved to bake cakes for family, friends, and her church. She was a spiritual woman who loved attending church. Jackie was a previous member of Concordia Lutheran Church and presently a member of Trinity Reformed United Church of Christ. Jackie worked over 40 years at Twin City Knitting in Conover, NC.

The family will receive friends and family from 10:00 am to 10:45 am prior to the service at Trinity Reformed United Church of Christ at 217 2nd Ave. NE, Conover, NC.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 30th, at 11:00 am at Trinity Reformed United Church of Christ in Conover, NC with Reverend Peggy Stout officiating. Burial will be held at Conover Cemetery in Conover, NC.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Trinity Reformed United Church of Christ. 217 2nd Ave NE, Conover, NC 28613.
