In addition to his parents, Jimmy was preceded in death by his brothers, Cliff, Bobby and Rowe Bollinger; and sister, Betty Matthews.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 60 years, Etta Mae Mitchell Bollinger; son, Michael Bollinger (Lori); grandchildren, Linzey Marley (Bryan), and Emory Bollinger (Cassidy); great grandchild, Breeanna Bollinger; and a number of nieces, nephews and extended family.
The family will be receiving friends from 12:30 to 1:30 pm prior to the service.
A celebration of life service will be held at 2pm, Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at New Jerusalem Lutheran Church with Pastor Randall Cauble officiating. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery.
