Roger Huff, age 57, of Hickory, NC, passed away on Thursday, September 19, 2013 at Catawba Valley Medical Center. Born in Cabell County, WV, he was the son of the late Albert Trent and Peggy Peerson Trent.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Christy Whitmore.
Survivors include his sons, Bryan Keith Huff of Huntington, WV, Larry Alan Hutchinson of Florida, Roger Keith Hutchinson of Barboursville, WV; daughter, Lisa Marie Stewart of Huntington, WV; brother, Alan Trent and wife, Johana, of Huntington, WV; six grandchildren; a very special grandson, Christian Tyler Whitmore; and Mikah Lavon Huff.
A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, September 23, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at Fairview Baptist Church in Newton with Rev. Barnes officiating.
