Steven is survived by his parents, Karen and step-father, John Harris; wife of eight years, Lisa Cunningham Hendon; daughters, Grace and Kate Hendon; and brother, Keith Hendon and wife, Katie of Arizona.
A service of remembrance will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, April 8, 2016 in the Chapel of Drum Funeral Home in Conover, NC with Rev. Matt Rummage officiating.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 1:45 p.m. on Friday prior to the service.
