Brayden Russell "Bub" Schoonover

Brayden left this Earth unexpectedly on June 22nd, 2022, at the youthful age of 17 in his hometown of Conroe, Texas.

Brayden is proceeded in death by his Great-Great grandmother, Ducky King; Great-grandparents, Don and Clara Reno; Great-grandmother Karen McCulloch; Grandfather Lamar McCulloch; Grandpa Hershel “Paps” Hamilton; Uncle Jack McCulloch; and Aunt Donna Hecht.

Brayden is survived by his parents Russell and Heather Schoonover; Grandparents, Michael and Sherry Lewis; Grandfather Les Schoonover; Grandparents Gerald and Sherry Dyess; his Sisters Brittanie and Kaitlyn Arnold and Skyler Murley, Vidalya Schoonover and children Ivy and Tripp; Brothers, Trent Cecil, and Noah Schoonover; as well as his cousins and best friends Tristan Hamilton, Toby Cassady, Dailey Cochran, Madison Smith, and Mason Cochran; Uncles, Daniel and children Addison and Zoey, Donny, Ray, Jeff, Danny, Bubba, and Chris; Aunts, Hillary and children Bradley and Dylan, Aprile, Melissa, Melody, Amber, Bridget, Kendra and Leslie; as well as numerous cousins, and extended family.

Brayden was a lover of hunting and fishing, an avid gamer and devoted son and brother. He was incredibly intelligent with a big interest in world history, and current events. He was courageous, funny, kind, and committed to those he loved. He was skilled at any game he touched and loved pranking his friends. He had just received his driving permit and was on the path to finishing high school. Brayden was a sweet soul that touched everyone he encountered. He was the protector of his mother, a true momma’s boy. He will be incredibly missed by everyone.

A visitation will be held from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm, with the service beginning at 4:00 pm,

June 30th, 2022, at Cashner Funeral Home, located at 801 Teas Road. Conroe, Texas 77303. A reception will follow at the Security Community Center located at 18760 TX-105 in Cleveland, Texas 77328.
