I am so sorry for your loss. I hope Jer. 29: 11,12 brings you some comfort during this difficult time.

Susan, although you and I and Walter and Blake were good friends, I never really got to know him due to his work schedule most of the time.  I do remember the first time I saw either of you, it was on a Sunday afternoon, we hadn't lived in Bennett very long, but I  had to go to C & J's, there was was a young couple there, she worked there, he was obviously on his way to work at one of the prison units.  She was making sure his uniform was "just right", at the time I thought what a sweet couple, and that vision stayed with me several years until we met  and became friends.  After I moved into town, I'd often go to Dillon's in the morning after putting my Chris on the bus, , and Chris would be there, stopping for something on his way home, and I think we talked more during those meetings than I had talked to him in the previous years.  I love you.  If you work in the Dallas area again, let me know, and I'll see about meeting you sometime, sorry I can't be there with  with you now , hope to see you soon.

It was too hard to say goodbye today so I'll just say see you later. I'll always be thankful for everything you've taught me. So many of us are better because of you Page. You never let us down and we'll strive to never let you down. You were the true example of a leader. My coworker, my friend, my family, I'll love you always. Until we meet again, rest well.

Never got the opportunity to meet you but definitely heard of you. You were the Man among Men! You will never be forgotten as there are so many that walk in your footsteps and will forever tell the story. It's those seasoned Officers that paved and taught so many. You have many children, some you've never met but they still walk that beat in honor of Men like you. Rest now brother, Servant well done.

So sorry for your loss! Chris was my supervisor when I worked on Death Row. He handled all situtations  the same, always calm and collective. Never seemed to get excited, or let things get out of control, but Always got the job done professionally. He will be remembered, and missed by so many that he came in contact with. May he rest in peace!

So sorry for your loss. Your family are in my thoughts and prayers.  He was a caring and hard working man.

There are so many memories I have of Chris in the years he was my supervisor. He set an example to all of us that worked for him. He was so uplifting and always found the fun in every situation. I know he has to feel all of our love that we are sharing in his memory and smiling because of the stories we are sharing.  He has earned his angel wings and I am proud to have know him for the time that I did.

C. Page was a great friend, coworker, and the very best Correctional Officer. He taught alot of Officers how to do their jobs, even when it meant taking O.J.T's to the west forty at Ellis and shutting the lights off and asking who had their equipment they need. A great man, he will truly be missed by all that new him. 2/2 shift Ellis unit

I'm terribly sorry to hear about Chris. He was one of the nicest people I have ever known. My thought and prayers are with each of you.

He will live on in all the hearts he touched through his 56 years. Thank you for sharing this kind spirit with us all. May God bring your family peace and fill your minds with beautiful memories.

I just found out...  I would like to extend extreme sincere heartfelt condolences to you.... Your family... He was in all honesty HEART... I can not ever think of a time when any of us... Any other human being was in any type of need that he wasnt completely there.... His heart was completely solid and rare.... He could even make the worst of situations turn around ....
