

Cynthia Marie Ryan, lovingly known as Cyndi, passed away on May 15, 2025, in Spring, Texas, at the age of 63 after a courageous battle with breast cancer. Born on October 30, 1961, in Houston, Cyndi lived a life full of love, joy, strength, and bravery.
She was preceded in death by her father, Jimmie Glynn Ryan. She is survived by her husband, Allen Tempio; her loving mother, Beverly Ryan-Caten, and husband Ron; and her siblings, Jimmie Glynn Ryan, Jr. and wife Jennifer, Steven James Ryan and wife Nicole, and David Gregory Ryan and wife Erica.
Cyndi was a proud and loving mother to her children: Crissy Marie Siarski and husband Joseph, Justin Ryan Holmes and wife Tricia, Sean Michael Holmes and wife Ally, Julie Danielle Holmes and husband Maikel, and stepdaughters Mattie Tempio and Meredith Tempio. Her legacy continues through her cherished grandchildren: Joseph Siarski, Jr., Kailyn Siarski, Sofia Holmes, Alexis Siarski, Brody Glenn, Jayden Holmes, and Damien Holmes. She also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends who will miss her deeply.
Cyndi enjoyed a 30-year career as a flight attendant with Continental Airlines (later United), where she built lifelong friendships and collected countless memories doing what she loved. Her job allowed her to see the world, and among all her destinations, she held a special place in her heart for Maui, Hawaii. Her love for the beach was unmatched, and her bright, adventurous spirit was reflected in her passion for travel.
Cyndi also had a special gift of creativity and she enjoyed doing arts and craft projects and planning parties.
Cyndi’s presence lit up every room, and her love for family, friends, and life itself will never be forgotten.
We invite all friends and loved ones to join us for a reception celebrating Cyndi’s life on June 4th from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. at the Forest Park Funeral Home and Cemetery in The Woodlands.
The family requests that flowers be sent to the Forest Park Funeral Home and Cemetery located at 18000 Interstate 45 S, The Woodlands, TX 77384. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Cyndi Ryan to MD Anderson Cancer Center, P.O. Box 4486, Houston, TX 77210-4486, where she received compassionate care during her battle.
