Gerald Leonhardt was born on November 9, 1946 and passed away on September 1, 2025 at the age of 78 in Conroe, Texas. Jerry lived life to the fullest. He had a family owned bakery in New York before moving to Colorado Springs. He was a baker and bakery manager for King Soopers. In 1985 he and Kenna moved to California where they owned 2 campgrounds. His last job was a seat installer for the Ainslie Company. He cherished his family. He loved all sports, stickball, traveling, and working on and showing off his 55 Chevy. Cheering for his 49ers was his favorite fall pastime.
He was preceded in death by his parents Max and Gertrude and brother Eric Leonhardt. He is survived by his wife of 44 years Kenna, children Curt (Carolyn) Leonhardt, Theresa Jackson, Darrell Kane and Kandi (Mike) Long, 10 grandchildren, 1 great granddaughter and many other relatives who loved him.
