Donal Luce (paw paw), 82, passed away peacefully at his home in Conroe, Texas on Tuesday, September 22, 2015. He was born on September 14, 1933 in Crockett, Texas to Ernest and Winnie Luce. Donal was a retiree of National Bisquit Company and an advocate for the American Polio Association.
He is survived by his loving wife and best friend of 64 years Laura Florice Luce; son James R. ( Ronny) Luce and his wife Linda of Newnan, Georgia; granddaughters Kristin Michele Luce of Overland Park, Kansas, and Kelli Dyann Luce of Kansas City, Missouri; brother Forrest Luce of Brenham, Texas and numerous nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
Donal will be greatly missed by his family and friends. The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 24, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m. at Metcalf Funeral Home. Graveside services will be Friday, September 25, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Brookside Memorial Park in Houston, Texas.
