Wilma Jean Currier, 66, made her transformation into everlasting life the morning of the 15th of July, 2011 at the residence of her brother, Charles “Bus” Currier of Clinton, Tenn. It was a sudden and painless departure that was caused by an artery rupture that forced her to have a heart attack.
Jean was born on April 23, 1945 in Clinton, Tenn. She was a loving and devoted mother, sister, daughter, and grandmother whose love known no bounds. She was strong willed and independent minded person who was loved by all of those that knew her. Jean spent her last few years staying with her sister Ruth and her husband Paul Fowler and their son Dennis and his children. She would work out there a few months a year and then come home to Texas and spend her off time with her family. Texas is where she was fondly known as Mama Jean, by her friends and former co-workers at continental airlines Chelsea catering.
Jean Curriers life and times and most important fondest memories of growing up will live on in her brother Charles “Bus” Currier. Jeans heart and love survives on through her daughter Kim Green. Her beliefs on family were passed on to her son Barry Green. Her first grandson Johnathan Lopez embodies her strong mindedness and humor. Jeans innocents and unconditional love presides in her 2nd grandson Cameron Green. Jean was and will forever be greatly loved and dearly missed.
