Jodi lived life to the fullest. As a young lady, she served as the worthy advisor of the Order of Rainbow for Girls Assembly in Brenham. She has also served for years with the Smiles Against Cancer group here in the Humble Area. Jodi loved being with friends and family and was known as “Peaches” or “Mamma Peaches” to most. In Recent years, she was also known as Nana to three loving grandchildren.
Jodi is survived by her loving husband of 34 years, James Coursey and her son James Coursey, Jr with his wife, Marci Coursey, granddaughters Trinity and Emma Coursey, and grandson Lucas Coursey.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 18th at 2:00 p.m. with visitation being held one hour prior to the service at Cashner Funeral Home with a follow up Mausoleum graveside service in Resthaven Memorial Park in Lubbock, Texas on January 21st at 10:00 a.m. The family has requested in lieu of flowers donations be made to Smiles Against Cancer.
