Joseph Chapman, born February 20,1969 and passed away on Wednesday, August 28, 2024.

Joe was processed in death by his father Earl Franklin Chapman and numerous other family. He is survived by his mother Lynn Chapman, Brother John Chapman, Sister Sara Handley and husband Jereme Handley, Niece Cathirean Moore and husband Taylor Moore, Niece Natasha Mace and husband Tyler Mace, Great- niece Delilah Mace.

Joe was a beautiful soul. He always had a smile and a wave for all of those he cared for. He was a man of no words but touched the hearts and souls of those he met. He will be missed and loved by all those who knew him.

Celebration of life will be held Saturday, September 28, 2024 in Cashner Oak Hall from 1:00pm to 3:00pm.
