Glynda “June” Drucker passed away on Sunday, December 29th after a valiant fight with cancer. June was born June 16, 1935, in Pinson, Alabama to Sam and Juanita McKay. She was preceded in death by her son Cliff and her Mother and Father. June was a wonderful mother of 5, a grandmother of 5 and a great grandmother of 6. She is survived by her husband Bob of 45 years and her five children, Curt, Joe, Mike, Pat and Caylee, her brother Raymond and sister Annette.
June was a true warrior in her fight with cancer, having survived over 11 years of stage 4 breast cancer. She was a huge supporter of Golfer’s Against Cancer in Walden, where she considered home for over 25 years.
Memorial service will be held Saturday, January 4th at Metcalf Funeral Home at 10:00 a.m. A reception will follow.
