Dear Mr. and Mrs. Abbott,

I apologize for the delay in sending my condolences to you both on the passing of your precious daughter.  I try  to go online and read our local obituaries in a timely manner; however, I obviously don’t do a great job at it.

If I may, I encourage you to listen to an album of lullabies by Michael Card entitled Sleep Sound  in Jesus.  Not only did I play this CD continually as I had children; it also brought me great comfort as I grieved the loss of four children through miscarriages.

I pray that it brings comfort to you both. I will pray for you and your daughter whenever the memory of coming across the notification of her passing comes across my mind forever.
