Kenny D. Hamilton

Kenneth Dwayne Hamilton of Montgomery, Texas, passed away on December 3, 2016 at the age of 55, in Burnet, Texas. He was born on September 30, 1961 in Hobbs, New Mexico, to Glenn Hamilton and Sue Healy. Kenny was preceded in death by his Father and his grandparents. He is survived by his mother Sue Shealy and her husband Paul; brothers David K. Hamilton Sr., Billy Hamilton and his wife Dee Dee; nephews David K. Hamilton Jr., and Daniel Hamilton; Niece Heather D. Hamilton and their families and cousins. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at Metcalf Funeral Directors from 5:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Metcalf Funeral Directors. Interment will follow at 3:00 p.m. at Hamilton Beeman Cemetery in Corsicana, Texas. Kenny was and forever will be a loving son, brother, uncle, and friend. He especially loved children, animals, and nature. His brother David would also like to thank all the staff at Millennium Cancer Center in Shenandoah, Texas, and Kenny’s two special angels for all their care, support and generosity. In Lieu of flowers, his brother David requests friends and family buy their children, or a child in need, a gift for Christmas from Kenny. God Bless you all.
