Leonard Jankowiak

Leonard graduated Eugene Field Elementary, James S. Hogg Junior High and John H. Reagan High School in 1959.

A native Houstonian by birth, a Conroe resident by choice.

He is survived by his wife and good friend of 53 wonderful years, Shirley Vogt Jankowiak, his special, and only son; Rick Jankowiak and wife Phyllis, his precious daughter; Stacy Tisdale and husband Louie, grandchildren, Kyle, Monica, Brynn, Ricky and wife Charlene, Hannah, Summer, Tiffany, Tyler, Cody and Justin, great- grandson; Kaleb and great-granddaughter Charli. Leonard is also survived by Mother Helen Bush, sister; Florence “Tootie” Kowalski, brother; James “Owl” Jankowiak and wife Diane and mother-in-law; Evelyn Vogt, one nephew and numerous nieces, and faithful pets; Piti, Cali and Maggi. A visitation will be held at Cashner Funeral Home in Conroe, Texas on Tuesday, May 26, 2015 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm.

Funeral service for Leonard Jankowiak will be held at the Cashner Colonial Chapel on Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at 3:00pm.

There will be a private interment at the Houston National Cemetery.
