I sure miss you my friend❤️, seen that I missed your special day of going to meet Jesus...you know after someone dear passes you always have something you regret or not staying in touch, time may have passed, although I always thought of you, I have no regrets, because we always were straight forward with each other and could pick right up where we left off!...I will always think of you my sweet friend 💕

Linda was a member of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church when I was called to be pastor there eight years ago. She has been an active member there for more than 20 years. She was not just a church member but she was a good friend of mine and my wife Virginia and our daughter Lisa. She  was the best moose chili cooker yet. Last year she won the first prize in our church chili cookoff. She was a dear friend to many and she will be missed by all.

Rusty I am so sorry for your loss of Linda.  Prayers for you and

Beautiful memories everyone has. Linda was definitely sweet lady that I happened to run into in Conroe. She looked me up and wanted a Christmas wreath, so I made her one she loved!! Linda you will be missed. My heart goes out to Aunt Gloria and the family. 



After reading all the memories, I’m sorry to say I never met Linda but she sounds like a beautiful soul that will truly be missed. My deepest condolences to the family. May she Rest In Peace and her memory  live forever in your heart. 

Aunt Linda may have been a great Aunt to my husband  (Adrian) but she was a GREAT aunt to me as well,  I felt like I had known her forever. She always made me feel welcome, she was so easy to talk to and always gave her honest opinion. I loved that about her! We shared a few cups of morning coffee over the years and I will hold those memories close.  

Linda Lee was my cousin.  We shared many memories.  My father and her father were brothers. As a young boy I spent many summers with my uncle Durwood and aunt Mary Bell and all of my cousins. I have many wonderful memories with Linda Lee, Diane, Gloria Ann, & Sonny.  There are only 2 of us cousins left living now. Me and Gloria Ann.  We all loved our Paw Paw Mark and our Granny Vaughan.  I remember Linda Lee & Diane singing on stage in a theatre in Marlin Texas when we were kids. They could really sing well together. I spent every summer with all of them when I was a kid. I remember places like McClanahan, Odds, Ben Hur, Lott, and Marlin.  Picking cotton, pulling corn and dying Easter eggs. I am sad to hear of Linda Lee dying. But, I Know she is alive and well with Jesus and God in Heaven. Rest In Peace Linda Lee and Thank You for all the Great and wonderful Memories.

You will be missed Linda. You were always caring and friendly with us. It was awesome how you would text and check up on Steve and I when we’re in the hospital. You are a caring soul. 💙

You will be missed very much Linda but we know that you are in Paradise. One day we will all be together again sharing heavenly meals. Till we meet again we will take good care of your wonderful husband. 

Our heart breaks for you Rusty. Linda will truly be missed by all that knew her. Take peace in knowing that my papaw (Warren) was there with open arms to welcome her home. We shall all meet again in the presence of our Lord one day.

Aunt Linda, growing up you were my auntie I couldn't wait to see. So much joy and humor that made the whole family laugh. I remember coming over to yours and uncle Rusty's and he had me convinced it was haunted. You teased me as well till you seen my fear then you comfort me. You sure were an inspirational woman. I miss you deeply always your niece Mandi. Always have my memories in dodge of my favorite aunt. 

When I was a little girl, I would stay over at my great Aunt Linda and Uncle Rusty's house a lot. Aunt Linda knew how much I loved animals; I even wanted to grow up to become a dalmatian! She would tolerate my wild imagination and let me drink water on all 4s from a bowl on the ground, roll around and bark like a dog! I always appreciated her encouragement and playing along with me that I really could be a dog. 
Aunt Linda always had a box of Cinnamon Toast Crunch waiting for me because she knew it was my favorite and even gave me the best foot rubs with every visit! She really made me feel loved and cared for. 
As I got older, Aunt Linda became someone I could really talk to about life, dreams and goals. I appreciated her honesty, directness and sincerity in our conversations. I will miss you and will always love you, Aunt Linda. Thanks for always loving me. -Brooke 🧡

So sad Aunt Linda has left us so soon.  Her catch up calls will be missed by many.  She was a selfless person who reached out to a lot of people.  Her sincere concern and love for both of my children and my grandchildren really meant a lot to me.   

Very glad she made the effort (and I know it was not easy) to come out and be with the family at Thanksgiving!  

I’ll miss our “Meet & Eat” birthday and Christmas celebrations and the fun gifts we shared.  🤣😊  Most of all, I will miss knowing she is a call away! 😔  

She will always hold a place in my heart, right there by Granny.  I know she is in a better place.  💚

Aunt Linda was my Blantons Bourbon supplier.  I’m missing only the O horse.  When I drink Blantons, I think of Aunt Linda.  When I finally get that O horse, we’ll Toast her.   She will be missed.  

Aunt Linda has always loved life. She is, and has been a very loving person to me,  and my own. A very beautiful person. I love you.
