Lupe was a woman of deep faith, devoted to the Holy Trinity and the Virgin Mary. She and Martin shared a joyful and loving marriage for 62 years—a true partnership built on love, laughter, and faith. Lupe found beauty in the world around her, especially in her beloved flowers and gardens, which she nurtured with great care.
Some of her happiest moments were spent on family trips to the beach when her children were young—collecting seashells, laughing in the sun, and creating memories that would last a lifetime. She also loved camping with the family, embracing the simple joy of being outdoors together, telling stories and watching her children grow through shared adventures. Her cherished collection of miniature glass frogs reflected her playful and thoughtful spirit.
Above all, Lupe had a special place in her heart for her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, whom she loved unconditionally and completely. Her warmth, grace, and boundless love will live on in each of us.
Lupe is survived by her loving husband, Martin Cantu Sr., her children, daughter, Raquel and Partner Frank, son, Martin Jr., daughter, Rebecca and husband Franklin, son, Jose and wife Vanessa, grandchildren, Christopher, Elizabeth, Crystal, Matthew, Elia, Angel, Ceazar and Arrianna and great-grandchildren, Evelyn (deceased), Katalina and Ivy.
