Rosa Cedillo passed away on August 28, 2016. She was born on August 30, 1955 in Mexico to Higinio Ortega and Vicenta Alvarez. Rosa is survived by her loving husband Leocadio Cedillo, mother, Vicenta Ortega, children, Emilio and Raquel Vinalay, Lupe and Ana Balderas, Maria de los Angeles Cedillo Esparza, Ignacio and Elizabeth Perez, Federico and Cindi Cedillo, Jorge and Brenda Velasquez and Leo and Arlene Cedillo; 23 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Numerous other relatives and friends also survive. Visitation will be held Thursday, September 1, 2016 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at Cashner Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Friday, September 2, 2016 at 10:00am in Cashner Colonial Chapel. Burial will follow in Garden Park Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Leocadio Cedillo Jr., Frederico Cedillo, Mario Esparza, Ignacio Perez, Jorge Velasquez, Lupe Balderas, Emilio Vinalay and Chabelo Ortega.
