Funeral services for Marion Roy Leger will be held Friday, April 5, 2013 at 3:00 pm in Cashner Colonial Chapel with Fthr Phillip Wilhite presiding. Visitation will be 1:30 pm with a 2:30 pm rosary prior to the service. Marion was born August 14, 1934 in Louisisiana to Placid and Teresa Leger and passed away April 2, 2013 in Conroe, Texas. Marion was a member of the Knights of Columbus for 8 years and a member of the Cajun French Association for 15 years. He is preceded in death by his parents and by his loving wife, Bonita Leger. He is survived two sons, Byron Leger and wife Marianne of Conroe, TX and Jonophon Leger and wife Deborah of Conroe, TX; two daughters, Renatha Leger of Magnolia, TX and Rebecca Leger Burk of Conroe, TX; one sister, Wilma Naquin of Kinder LA.; (11) grandchildren and (19) great grandchildren. Numerous other relatives and a host of friends also survive.
