Martin was raised in the Houston area with his family. Once able to enlist, he joined the United States Air Force where he served as a firefighter. He enjoyed saltwater fishing and hiking. Martin was a movie lover and could watch them in the movie theatre for a second or third time. He was an excellent bar-b-que cook and would share with everyone. His guilty pleasure was scratch off lottery cards.
Martin is survived by his sister Melody Watson and spouse Jimmy, brother Jeffrey Williams and spouse Emily, nieces and nephews Timothy Watson and spouse Cydney, Kelly Sanders and spouse Travis, Landry Watson, and Zoey Belle Williams, great niece and nephew Rory and Jacob, and his dear aunt Pat Dexter. He was preceded in death by both of his parents.
