Robert J. Gandy, 80, of Conroe, Texas, passed away on October 22, 2014. He was born on June 30, 1934 in Mangham, Louisiana, to Roise and Vergie Gandy. Robert was preceded in death by his loving wife of 57 yrs. Barbara. He is survived by his daughter Joni Gandy; granddaughter Michelle Livingston and husband Justin; brother Clinton Gandy and wife Dovie; niece Lula Huff and husband Frank; nephew Mike Gandy and numerous family members and friends. The family will receive friends on Friday, October 24, 2014 from 5:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m. at Cashner Funeral Home, 801 Teas Road, Conroe, Texas 77303. Graveside service will be Saturday, October 25, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at Resthaven Cemetery,13102 North Fwy, Houston, Texas 77060 .
