Ronald Charles Dosser

Ronald Charles Dosser, 77, of Lumberton, Texas, passed away on April 25, 2026. He was born on October 8, 1948, in Corsicana, Texas, to Woodrow Wilson and Ann Tilton Dosser. Ron has been married to Karmen Keller Dosser for the past 42 yrs.

As a young man he worked for the Texas Forest Service until retiring. After retiring, he became a private forest consultant until 2012. Since then he has spent countless hours growing muscadines, blueberries and other vegetables on his property in Woodville.

Ron was a private person who loved his family and grandchildren. As a true care giver, he spent countless hours caring for others. He was a blessing during difficult times. Ron also loved his wife and was devoted to her. They both loved spending time watching their grandchildren play various sports throughout their school years.

Ron was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Bill Dosser from Corsicana. He is survived by his loving wife Karmen; sons Andrew Dosser from Tyler, Texas, and William Lynch from Houston, Texas; daughters Meredith Dosser from Tyler, Texas, and Shannon McFarlin and husband Kip from Lumberton, Texas; grandchildren Beau Burleson and wife Lauren, Isabelle Williams, Grayson Dosser; great- granddaughter Scarlett Burleson; sister Debra Jones and husband Stacy of Huntsville, Alabama and numerous family members and friends. A private celebration of Rons life will take place at a later date.
