Virginia “Ginnie” Jay Hall, 75, was born on December 10, 1943 in Houston, Texas to Jay and Virginia Allen. She passed away on June 24, 2019 in Houston, Texas. Ginnie has lived in San Jacinto County since 1993 and worked for The Texas Department of Public Safety Highway Patrol Office for 12 years, where she retired from in 2012. She is preceded in death by her parents, children, Reese Oldin Hall, Jr. and Kimberly Jay (Hall) Samoya. Ginnie is survived by her friends that she considered family, Sandy Freeman and Christy Clark; brother, Patrick Allen and numerous grandchildren and friends survive Ginnie.
