Wanda Joy Wade

Wanda “Joy” Wade passed away November 26, 2014 in The Woodlands, TX surrounded by her family. She was born on May 15, 1941 in Christian County, KY to Stanford and Dorothy Crunk. Joy was a devoted member of Calvary Road Baptist Church and taught Sunday school grades K-3rd. She enjoyed gardening which included her cactus beds. She also took pride in spending time with her grandchildren and keeping close contact with her relatives. Joy is preceded in death by her parents, Stanford Crunk and Dorothy Wagoner Crunk, brothers, Morton Crunk, Billy Crunk, Roy Crunk and Gary Crunk. She is survived by her loving husband of 44 years Charles “Woody” Wade. She is survived by a daughter, Lisa Cruser and husband Ed and sons, Beau Fuller, Chris Wade and wife Jennifer, Steve Wade and wife Alicia and Billy Wade and wife Michelle. Sisters, Linda Farmer and husband Glenn, Gail Hollimon and husband Tommy and brother, Mike Crunk. Grandchildren, Kole Fuller, Korry Fuller, Kirstin Wade, Zachary Wade, Chloe Wade, Charlie Wade, Isabel Atkinson, Justin Cruser and wife Gabrielle and Shannon Cruser. Great grandchildren, Adelyn Cruser and Jax Cruser. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive. Visitation will be held Friday, November 28, 2014 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Cashner Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 29, 2014 at 10:00am in Cashner Colonial Chapel with burial to follow in Garden Park Cemetery.
