

Charlie built a distinguished career in financial services as a Vice President, Investments and Financial Advisor with Raymond James Financial. A trusted advisor to high-net-worth families and business owners, he specialized in forward-thinking wealth strategies designed to preserve and grow generational wealth. Through advanced estate planning, tax strategy, and customized wealth management plans, Charlie helped clients navigate complex financial decisions and plan for the future of their families.
A CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, Charlie was known for his rigorous work ethic, integrity, and dedication to his clients. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from Queens College and was an ROTC alumnus of St. John's University. Charlie proudly served as a U.S. Army officer during Operation Desert Storm, receiving the Army Commendation Medal twice for his service between 1985 and 2003.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Charlie was active in numerous philanthropic and community organizations. He supported the charitable mission of Shriners Hospitals for Children through his involvement with Mahi Shriners, participated in outreach efforts and speaking engagements, and served as vice chairman and committee member of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum since 2015. He was also a life member of the American Legion and previously served as chairman and member of the Endowments and Investments Committee for the Grand Lodge of Florida Free and Accepted Masons from 2005 through 2013.
Charlie is survived by his loving wife, Katrina B. Fischer; his sister Audrey Lammond and her husband Robert Lammond; and his nieces Kelly Keating, Kathleen Keating, and Colleen Keating.
He was predeceased by his brother-in-law Patrick Keating and by his parents, Charles H. Fischer and Marion S. Fischer.
Charlie will be remembered for his generosity, wisdom, and dedication to both his profession and his community. His presence touched many lives, and his legacy of service, integrity, and kindness will endure in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
