Charles Robert Fisher

Beloved husband and best friend of over 50 years to Bonnie Fisher (née Gaudet), Charles was a devoted family man whose greatest joy was spending time with those he loved. He will be deeply missed by his children, Brent Fisher, Greg Fisher (Aimee Boyer), Charles Fisher (Valerie MacDonald), Trevor Fisher (Kari Murray), and Kayla Fisher (Ryan McConkey). He was also a proud father to his chosen children, Austin Fisher and Courtney Fisher.

Charles leaves behind many cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren, all of whom brought him immense pride and happiness.

He is survived by his mother, Joan Fisher (née Roper) and by his siblings, Claude Fisher (Linda), Carol Martel (John), John Fisher (Louise Moise), Eric Fisher (Sue), Glenn Fisher, and Kevin Fisher (Bonnie). He was predeceased by his father Jack Fisher.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes – East Branch (613-933-2841). In keeping with Charles’ wishes, cremation has taken place.

As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute, the Canadian Lung Association, or the Kidney Foundation of Canada.
