Loving companion, best friend and partner in crime Dale Bissonnette. Cherished mother of Crystal Major (Dean Madore) and Jason Major (Bianca Delorme). Proud grandmother of Chelsea (Mars), Emma (Matt), Jacob, Jayden, Payton, Alia and Bentley. Dear sister of Robin Hickley (Joanne) and sister-in-law of Paula Flewelling. Sadly missed and fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. She was well known from her time working at Remington’s Deli and Bar in Cornwall, ON.
Predeceased by her parents Robert and Leona (née Proulx) Hickley and her brother Christopher Hickley.
Friends are invited to celebrate Cindy’s life at the Army Navy Air Force Unit # 342, 14 Marlborough Street, Cornwall, ON, on Sunday, August 9, 2026 from 1:00 – 5:00 pm. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Home - East Branch (613-933-2841).
