Gerard Lavictoire

Survived by his wife Audrey Lavictoire (née Benoit); his sons Marcel Lavictoire (Melissa) and Steven Lavictoire (Sandra); his grandchildren: Adam Lavictoire (Sarah) and Leah Lavictoire; and his great grandson Miles Lavictoire.

Gerard is predeceased by his parents Leo and Yvette (née Racine) Lavictoire; and his brothers: Jean Lavictoire, Paul Lavictoire (Claire) and Michel Lavictoire.

Gerard was a caring man, always willing to lend a helping hand, whether it was building a garage, shingling a roof or cutting wood he was always there to help out. He had a passion for motorcycling since the 50’s and loved old cars and trucks. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing and going to his camp in Calabogie. In his own way with his own personal sayings, he had a way of bringing a smile to your face.

In keeping with Gerard’s wishes cremation has taken place. (will be posted later).

Arrangements under the care and direction of LAHAIE AND SULLIVAN EAST BRANCH 614 FIRST STREET E, CORNWALL, ON.

A graveside service will be held at a later date.

Memorial Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
