Born in Cornwall, Ontario, on March 13th, 1947, Lorraine was the beloved daughter of the late Sylvio and Simone Carriere.
Lorraine was a devoted and loving mother to Jean-François Bouliane (Catherine Isabelle) and Sara Bouliane (Phillip Gauthier) former spouse and lifelong friend, Ghislain Bouliane and David her beloved friend.
She was a proud and cherished grandmother to Clara, Camille and Théo who brought immense joy to her life.
She will also be lovingly remembered by her sisters, Diane Carrière, Nicole Léger, Claudette Coons, and Denise St-Louis, as well as by many relatives and friends whose lives she touched with her kindness, generosity, and gentle spirit.
In keeping with Lorraine’s wishes cremation has taken place.
Family and friends are invited to join in celebrating Lorraine’s life at Lahaie & Sullivan - East Branch (614 First Street East, Cornwall), on Wednesday June 24, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. 1:00p.m. The family has requested that attendees wear flowers and butterflies, if possible, in memory of Lorraine.
In memory of Lorraine, memorial donations to the Canadian Mental Health Association would be greatly appreciated by the family in lieu of flowers.
