Roger shared over 59 years of marriage with his beloved wife, Shirley Lalonde. Together they built a loving family. He was the loving father to Roger Jr. Lalonde (Darleen) and Shawn Lalonde (Brenda).
A proud and devoted grandfather to Kayla, Dylan, Jessie, Meagan, and Brandon. He was the cherished great-grandfather of Genny, Thoran, the late Aspen and Elijah, as well as his chosen grandchild, Ariah.
Roger was the loving son of the late John Lalonde and Bernadette Lalonde. He is survived by his siblings Earl (late Isabelle), Elaine (late John), Florence (Wayne), and Colleen (late Brian). Predeceased by his siblings Alexina (late Rene), Pearl (late Earl), Georgina (late Rheal), Geraldine (late Paul), Anita (late Morley), Lawrence (Jean), Louis, Eva (late Roy), and Pauline (Jimmy).
In keeping with Roger's wishes, cremation has taken place. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Lahaie & Sullivan – East Branch (614 First Street East, Cornwall).
