Rolland J Burelle

It is with sadness that the family announces the passing of Rolland J. Burelle on June 6, 2026, at the age of 85. Rolland lived a life devoted to his family and will be remembered for his kindness, strength, and unwavering love for those closest to him.

Rolland was predeceased by his beloved wife, Odette Burelle (née Secours), with whom he shared many happy years. He was also predeceased by his cherished daughter-in-law, Louise Burelle (née Gregoire), with whom he shared a special bond.

Loving father of Claire Léger (late Albert), Marc Burelle (Christine Thompson), and Roger Burelle (Danielle). Proud grandfather of Ryan Burelle, Ashley Burelle, Adam Burelle, Alicia Burelle, Yves Léger, and Luc Léger. Adored great-grandfather of Lily Burelle, Peyton Burelle, Colin Léger, Christian Léger, Isabelle Léger, and Joel Léger.

He was predeceased by his parents, Yvonne Burelle (née Labelle) and Leopold Burelle.

Rolland will be fondly remembered by his sisters, Réjeanne Gauthier (Yvon) and Rose Lalonde (Chuck). He was predeceased by his siblings René Burelle (late Beth), Robert Burelle (Jeannette), Richard Burelle (late Shirley), Raymond Burelle (Linda), and Rita Primeau (late Albert).

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes, East Branch (613-933-2841). In keeping with Rolland's wishes, cremation has taken place.
