

EAMAN, Ronald Stanton – with heavy hearts, we say goodbye to our dad, retired Cornwall firefighter, Ronald Stanton Eaman, who passed away on Sunday, June 14, 2026, at the Cornwall Community Hospital at the age of 90 years. Born in Osnabruck Township to the late Edith and the late Stanton Eaman. Survived by his sister Jean Fawthrop (late Bob). He is predeceased by his wife, Lorraine (née Shaver) and lovingly remembered by his dear friend and companion Madeleine Lortie. Dearly missed by his daughter Angie Quickert (Stephen) and by his son Todd (Kim Robinson). Forever remembered and cherished by his grandchildren Braden, Adria and Connor. A very special thanks and appreciation to the staff and Doctors at the Cornwall Community Hospital.
The family will be in attendance at Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes, East Branch, 614 First St. E., 613-933-2841 on Friday June 26, 2026 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. A Funeral Service will take place in Knox St. Paul’s United Church on Saturday, June 27, 2026 at 11 a.m. A private family interment will take place on a later date.
