Beloved wife of the late Armand Bélanger.
Loving mother of Raymonde Dionne (Jo-Ann), Marie Savoie (Denis), Charles Bélanger (Marcia), Lise Geneau and André Bélanger. Survived by her 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Marcel Tessier (Raymonde), Jean Tessier (Jovette) and Jacqueline Emard (late Claude).
Predeceased by her parents Prospere and Pearl (née Martel) Tessier, her sister Agnes Lavictoire (late Paul) and her brothers Lionel Tessier (Tom Thompson) and Bernard Tessier (late Susan).
A Memorial Mass will be held at the Co-cathedral of the Nativity of the BVM (300 Montreal Road, Cornwall, ON) on Friday, January 23, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Lahaie & Sullivan, Cornwall Funeral Home, East Branch, 614 First Street East (613-933-2841).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the University of Ottawa Heart Institute would be appreciated by the family.
