Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Aunty, Sister and Friend, Adelina was all that and more, cherished by her friends and family. She was a nurturer. Whether it be her garden and flowers, or her friends and family – she gave.
Adelina loved clothes and jewelry, especially earrings, and always presented herself well. She was a fervent believer in Angels and loved to share them with friends and family. All her grandchildren had medals to protect them. A dedicated volunteer, she was in her 47th year with the hospital Auxiliary Thrift Shop. She loved to have fun, she loved humour and added it to her conversations often. Dancing was a particular favourite of hers, especially in her younger years, where she and Frank cut many rugs. Adelina was a devout Catholic – her faith sustained her.
She touched all who knew her and will be deeply missed. She leaves behind Frank, her husband of 62 years; children, Christine, Kathleen and Alan; grandchildren, Colby, Tanner and Jackson; her first greatgrandchild, Mackenzie; and a multitude of nieces, nephews and countless friends.
All our lives are better for having known her.
Be at peace Adelina, in the presence of God, surrounded by Angels.
