Deidra Lisa Pearl Barker

Deidra was predeceased by her father, James Barker, and her beloved partner, Dan Ryan.

She is lovingly remembered by her sisters, Diane(Shane), Wanda(Mike), and Norma(Bill); her brothers, Ron(Kim) and Jimmy(Kathy); and her many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, extended family members, and friends.

As the youngest of the Barker siblings, Deidra’s passing has left an immeasurable void in the hearts of those who loved her. Taken far too soon, she leaves behind a family who cannot imagine a world without her kindness, laughter, and unwavering love.

Though she never had children of her own, her nieces and nephews were her world. She had a special gift for making each person feel loved, important, and cared for. She celebrated life’s joys alongside those she loved and stood beside them through its hardest moments. When someone needed help, comfort, or simply a shoulder to lean on, Deidra was there.

To know Deidra was to know a person with a generous heart and endless compassion. She gave freely of herself, always putting others before her own needs. Whether through a phone call, a visit, a kind word, or simply her presence, she had a way of making people feel less alone.

Her family will forever cherish the memories she helped create, the laughter she shared, and the unconditional love she gave so freely. While her passing leaves a heartbreak that words cannot fully express, they find comfort in imagining her reunited with her father and Dan, both of whom she loved and missed dearly.

A celebration of Deidra’s life will be held at a later date.

Deidra will be deeply missed, forever loved, and always remembered.
