Agnes O. Czapla age 81, peacefully passed away on Sunday, January 26, 2020 surrounded by her loving family.
She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Thomas Czapla; daughters, Peggy (Mark) Kurzydym, Tina (late John) Casey, and Lori (Jim) McKee; cherished grandson, Jimmy Lee McKee; 5 siblings, many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Preceded in death by her beloved son, Robert Allen Czapla .
Agnes was born September 7, 1938 in Dora Alabama to the late Argus and Ozella Lovell. On November 5, 1960, she married the love of her life, Thomas Czapla and together they had 4 children. Agnes retired as a bus driver for the Lake Central School Corporation. She was a loving and devoted daughter, sister, wife, mother and grandmother and will truly be missed by all whose lives she touched.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, January 30, 2020 at 10:00 AM at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home (8178 Cline Avenue Crown Point, IN) with Rev. Rebecca Sundquist officiating.
Interment to follow at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, Crown Point, IN.
Friends are invited to meet with the family on Wednesday, January 29, 2020 from 2:00-8:00 PM at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
